Dr. Dustin Roth

Dr. Dustin Roth is originally from Wayland, Iowa where he grew up with Hereford cattle, riding and draft horses, hogs, dogs and cats on the farm. Dr. Roth attended Kirkwood Community College and received an Associate of Applied Science in Agricultural Production Management.
He then transferred to Oklahoma State University and received a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science before attending Iowa State University and graduating with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, in 2008. He began working in Richland and Sigourney after graduation and purchased the practice in 2011.
Dr. Roth's interests include all facets of veterinary medicine, especially soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries. Dr. Roth loves the variety that working in a mixed practice offers. In his spare time he loves being outdoors and spending time hunting, fishing, riding horses and being with his wife Jenny and daughter Kaylee.


Dr. Kelly Dotson

Dr. Kelly Dotson is originally from Crawfordsville, IA where she grew up on a farm with a wide variety of animals. She was involved in the farm activities and 4-H where she showed cattle and market goats. Dr. Dotson attended Iowa State University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science prior to a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2016. 

Dr. Dotson's interests include all areas of veterinary medicine, especially soft tissue surgery and production animal medicine. She enjoys spending time with her husband Max and daughter Leila, their two dogs Kronk, a Toy Poodle, and Copper, a Doberman Pinscher, and their cats. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, hunting, reading, riding horses, and gardening. 


Dr. Justine Sherer

Dr. Justine Sherer is a born and bred Jersey girl who grew up riding horses and helping family and friends with their dogs. She attended Virginia Tech, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal and Poultry Sciences and a love of working with cattle. Dr. Sherer went on to attend The Royal Veterinary College, graduating in 2018. She then moved to Richland to join the Keokuk County Veterinary Clinic. Her veterinary interests include animal behavior and bull reporductive management and health. In her free time Dr. Sherer enjoys reading, being outdoors and spending time with family and friends
